    Pure umami goodness, that we lovee on some good sexy sourdough, on it's own, or in a sandwhich with friends. An unlikely abeit delicious friend, apple or pear, cuts the salty creaminess so well...trust us!

    Lemony, tangy and very versatile. Try with watermelon in a salad or even better. grill your watermelon & add G at the end! Dried apricot in a salad or G & apricot jam on toast 👌

  • T R U F F L E

    Cultured, rich and decadent, Pair with mushrooms, on top of risotto for oomph, Elevates pasta dishes. Roast grapes and crackers. On sourdough with a drizzle of agave or honey if you eat it.

  • C H I L L I

    Roast tomatoes and pasta, smeared on sourdough. Best addition to any cheeze board. With roast garlic potatoes and salad. We use Hederman’s oak smoked chilli flakes for that smokey hit, hint of heat and depth of flavour.

Where can I buy your cheezes?

Do you sell Dublin, will you ever?

Yes, finally! See our stockist page for all our great new stockists.

What about allergens?

Contains nuts! All cheeses our are made from cashews nuts. Miso - soy and mustard feature in two of the cheezes.

Are there any additives or preservatives in the cheeze?

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on using cashews and a hint of coconut oil for the creamiest base and then fermented with live cultures for tang and depth of flavour and then the best ingredients to make the cheeze sing!

How long is the shelf life?

Once opened the cheese lasts for up to 8 days. In the vacuum packed bags they last for 35-40 days.

Where should I store the cheeze?

Store in the fridge, it’s best kept chilly!

Can I buy in Bulk or for an event?

Yes, please contact us for bespoke larger cheeses or multiple small cheeses. WE can also decorate with dried edible flowers if you need to be fancy. For enquires bananamelonkitchen@gmail.com.
